Interiors & More Exchange Policy

At Interiors & More, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Below is our exchange policy to guide you through the process:

Eligibility Criteria for Exchange:

  • Damaged Products: We provide replacement or store credit for manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care is not eligible for exchange. Please note that exchanges are only applicable for damaged products and not for change of mind or preference.
  • Unboxing Video: To help us assess the issue, we require you to send a video via email showing the unboxing of the product and the defect. This video will assist our team in understanding the problem and expedite the resolution process.
  • Time Frame: Claims for exchanges must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the product. Beyond this time frame, we may not be able to process your exchange request.

Exclusions:

  • Products marked as final sale or clearance items.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products used or not in their original condition (tags intact and in original packaging).
  • Products without proper proof of damage (i.e., unboxing video) are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at info@inm.net.in or reach out via Instagram DM with your order number, the unboxing video, and a clear description of the issue.
  2. Once we review and approve your exchange request, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost to you.
  3. Please allow us 7 to 10 business days for the exchange process to be completed.

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the exact item is not available, we will offer an alternative of equal value or provide store credit.
  • We do not offer exchange or store credit for non-damaged items.
  • Shipping costs for sending the replacement will be covered by us.
