At Interiors & More, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@inm.net.in with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please reach out to us at support@interiorsandmore.com.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@interiorsandmore.com.
